BELVEDERE IX

A launch at a hot new Holywood club, press photography by Terry Richardson, label design by a socialite, bohemian, jet-setting graffiti artist turned nightlife entrepreneur…… it can only be the launch of a new drink from the world’s premier vodka brand, Belvedere. Charles Gibb, president of Millennium, the vodka and rum division of Moet Hennessy, claims to have created ‘a new style of vodka’. Produced using a similar methodology to that of gin and not just artificially flavored vodka, Belvedere IX has nine ingredients, ginseng, guarana, acai, ginger, sweet almond, jasmine, eucalyptus, three cinnamon, and black cherry. The ingredients are individually distilled in micro-batches before being blended with 50% ABV (100 proof) Belvedere Vodka and artesian water. Graffiti artist André Saraiva has designed a ‘tagged’ glossy black Belvedere bottle with electric pink graffiti to complete the contemporary luxury of this premium new vodka which is launched today in LA and followed by similarly high profile launches throughout the rest of the world during 2009.
